Oh my gosh! We've been so busy around the Ka household with jobs and side jobs and taking care of Sophie, that I have neglected to update! And here she is almost 6 months old! Yikes. I can't believe she is already nearing 6 months :( Where is the time going? We have been hitting all sorts of milestones here lately!
She has mastered getting her tiny toes into her mouth and boy are they tasty!
She absolutely LOVES to bounce, so I went on the hunt for a doorway jumper. Found this awesome gem at the 2nd hand store: Big Wheels to Butterflies for $6.50!! She loves to hand around and bounce in it. Since she is a little peanut still though, it is still a bit big for her, so she doesn't stay in it for long.
Oh my word, what is my baby doing now?? She's sitting up on her own! And we're not talking about the tri-pod sit, she's actually sitting up with no hand help at all. Now, granted, I have to sit her up in order for this to work, but none-the-less, I'm so proud :)
Her toes aren't the only things she's eating these days! We are up to trying peas and carrots. I think she really likes the peas...carrots she could take or leave it seems lol. Next we're going to give fruit a shot and some green beans as well. I can't wait to see her face with bananas!

I can't get enough of my beautiful girl. Her smile melts my heart every day and she is just so precious to me. She really is my world and I just can't be thankful enough to have her in my life.
